Announcement: Caltrol acquires Process Controls
Dear Valued Customer,
I am pleased to announce that Process Valve &
Control, Inc. who has been doing business as Process Controls has agreed to be
acquired by Caltrol, Inc., effective May 1,
2003. Caltrol is the representative for Emerson
Process Management in the southwestern mainland United States and is
headquartered in Glendora, CA.
Sticking to a proven game plan is critical to future success.
For more than 25 years, Process Controls has provided you with solutions. Sound
business practices, combined with an understanding of your requirements and the
needs of end users, have enabled Process Controls to build a highly successful
business.
Going forward, the company will be renamed to Process
Controls, Inc. Operations will
continue serving our customers from the same location in Aiea with the same
staff. The people you have counted
on for years to provide your process control products and services are still
here today to meet the demands of your current and future requirements. While we do not anticipate any negative impacts related to
this change, we will work closely with Caltrol to insure a smooth transition for
our customers.
We will strive for a complimentary transition such that
Process Controls can provide increased focus on the unique requirements of our
local customers while increasing value to you by access to the larger
organization in such areas as:
