ABOUT THE CHRONICLE

Perhaps no single group will have more impact on the future of Hawaii than its fastest growing segment, the Filipino community. With over 168,000 Filipinos residing in Hawaii and over 15% percent of the population, the Filipino community is poised to influence the future direction of business and politics here in Hawaii.

to reach this emerging group
than the Hawaii Filipino Chronicle,
a weekly newspaper publication distributed directly to Filipino homes and businesses throughout Hawaii.

Each edition of the Chronicle features lively editorial content, informative community news and calenders, and most importantly, an opportunity to serve as the voice of Filipinos in Hawaii.

The Hawaii Filipino Chronicle was created in response
to the growing need to reach out to the Filipino
community, to inform and to educate, and above all
else, to provide the vehicle with which our community
can grow and prosper.

We know our mission. We have a talented and dedicated group of young and experienced journalists and writers.

With the support of advertising and the Filipino community, we strongly believe we will succeed. We invite you to share in our growth.
