HOT TO BEST VIEW THIS SITE
This site requires specific browsers and screen resolution.

Screen Resolution: The recommended screen resolution is 720 x 540 (17" monitor), but a 640 x 480 will do as well (15" monitor).

Solution: If you're using a PC go to Start, Settings,
Control Panel, Display, Settings, then choose the
apropriate resolution and click OK. If you're computer
is not up to date it may not accept the new settings.

Browsers: This website was designed to be viewed
by users on all browsers. The only component of this
website that may not be viewed consistently are links.
This website uses a design language called Cascading
Style Sheets (CSS). Older browsers are not compatable with CSS. If you are using a newer browser, you will
notice that the underline below a link disappears when selected. If you are using an older browser, the
underline will will not disappear.

Solution: To view all components of this website
properly, please download the newest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
