Alter Squadron Operations, Hickam AFB Phase II - Building 2035

Description Constructed two new facilities for HIANG.  Bldg. 1055 is a 5,500 SF office space with conference room and lounge.   Bldg. 2035 is a 20,000 SF structure with office space, meeting rooms, briefing room, lounges, workshops and training rooms.   Also included renovation of addition 10,000 SF of existing space into new offices, meeting rooms, men's and women's restroom/locker rooms, lounge and physical training room.   Work included: Reinforced concrete slab, structural steel frame, exterior gypsum board sheathing, aluminum siding, and PVC roofing Interior metal stud gypsum board walls, acoustical ceiling, carpet, VCT, ceramic tile, wood chair rails, wood and metal doors, demountable partitions, according partitions, aluminum panel wainscot, wood wall panels Toilet partitions and accessories, marker boards, steel lockers, fire extinguisher cabinets, wood cabinets, auditorium seating Fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, Digital controlled AC system, electrical and telecommunication system.
