Description
  • Renovated 145 attached single family units.
  • Complete renovation of kitchen and baths, including new cabinets, fixtures, flooring and gypsum board ceiling.
  • Installed new acoustical ceiling throughout.
  • Complete upgrade of sewer and water systems
  • Constructed new exterior utility room with CMU walls and metal roof
  • Replaced all interior electrical wiring devices and light fixtures
  • Provided new electrical service to the subdivision

  • Add new gypsum board wall in kitchen
  • Add new gypsum board ceiling in utility room

  • Provide new telephone service line from street to building.
