C C Engineering & Construction, Inc. (CCEN) is a privately owned corporation established in 1984. CCEN is a small disadvantaged entity. It is a general contractor performing construction work for numerous commercial, industrial institutional and Governmental customers.
Annual revenue of the company is five to eight million dollars. About eighty (80) percent of this revenue is derived from City, State and Federal Government projects.
Facilities and Equipment
The company operates from Ho`okela Place within easy access to H-1 freeway and just minutes from Pearl Harbor. The facility consists of a 4,893 square feet warehouse space, 1,620 square feet of mezzanine storage space and 1,540 square feet of office space.
In addition to a complete line of small tools and equipment needed to perform most construction tasks, the company owns several pieces of major equipment including boom truck, crane and earth moving equipment.

CCEN has an experienced staff, capable of performing a wide range of construction activities including but not limited to site work, sewer and waterline installation, reinforced concrete construction, rough and finish carpentry, structural steelwork, and general building construction. CCEN also performs in-house structural steel and metal fabrication for other general contractors.
